When you first join you will complete two weeks of comprehensive training. Afterwards, you`ll be assigned to a designated team, who will make you feel welcomed and support you.
We are currently expanding our Customer Care Operation and have vacancies for CS Agent to work in our International Team. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and full benefits to include private health care. Office working hours Monday to Friday, no weekend work.
Excellent written and spoken English and fluent German

Quick learner and able to apply techniques in a fast-paced, high pressure and demanding environment
Strong attention to detail, can multi-task and is organized
3rd level degree or diploma.
