Responsibilities will include:

 

    • Provide professional, courteous, and prompt support for consumers, liaising with other departments to provide two way communication on issues.

 

    • Effectively work with Consumer Care internal teams on issues that require attention.

 

    • Provide a timely resolution to issues and queries as per agreed ‘rules of engagement’.

 

    • Actively track and manage client interactions by logging all contact into the tracking system and collaborate in generating and sharing the knowledge for issue/case resolution.

 

    • Where appropriate, outline the key steps to resolution of a problem and communicate to the consumer/stakeholder via frequent and regular status updates.

 

    • Check, track content to update on Corporate website in liaison with the organisations Consumer Care.

 

    • Other duties as instructed.

 

 

Essential Competencies:

 

 

    • Significant experience in a consumer care team in a call centre environment

 

    • Fluent in English language

 

    • Fluent in German

 

    • Experience in a previous consumer care roles

 

    • Excellent communication and motivational skills, ability to multitask and work independently

 

    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy (E);

 

    • Flexible approach to working hours and location

 

    • Empathy skills, whilst maintaining a professional approach towards consumers

 

    • Excellent IT skills with the ability to use all Microsoft Office packages to intermediate level (Word, Excel), without requiring support, and be able to learn new systems

 

    • Must have grade A*-C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
