The Social Media team provides timely, personal responses and resolutions as well as memorable proactive interactions to our community over their platform of choice over social media with the overall goal of becoming the most loved hospitality brand over social! We are also charged with being ambassadors of our brand and identifying new opportunities for Airbnb over existing and new social media platforms.
As a Social Media Specialist, this means your role will be varied day to day but key responsibilities will include:
- Effectively manage and respond to day-to-day sensitive, high risk, reactive and proactive communications on Twitter, Facebook and other social media channels within set SLAs and KPIs
- Triage and delegate customer situations that require case management
- Highlight trends and be able to recommend improvements to workflows//product and the day-to-day operations in general.
- Keep up to date regarding workflow changes and completing cross-functional trainings in a timely manner
You will be part of an exciting Global Social Media team where you will work closely with Partner specialists, Community, Marketing, Legal, PR and Communications teams. You will report to a Social Media Customer Experience Lead.
We are looking for a fluent English and German speaker with excellent written skills.
