Essential for the Role:

  • fluent knowledge of one of following languages: Finnish, Norwegian, Danish or Swedish
  • basic technical knowledge,
  • enjoy working both with the computer and with people,
  • be fan of technical innovations,
  • be available to work in a shift system.


Your everyday tasks will include:

  • communication with clients in Scandinavian language,
  • e-mail and telephone contact with clients from the banking, retail or fuel industries,
  • technical support to the client,
  • taking care to maintain high quality of service.
