RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer-submitted live chat requests in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through website setup, including identifying system and site-specific website issues
  • Achieve set targets across pace, Customer Satisfaction and quality in email and live-chat
  • Stay up to date on new product features and improvements
  • Identify and communicate system issues to our Product Solutions team
  • Identify non-standard customer experiences and escalate issues, as appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • Must be available for a schedule of 40 hours a week, one that spans weekends and holidays as our customers need us; shifts may include early morning or late night hours
  • Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling; fast typist
  • Customer-facing experience desired (retail, hospitality, online support, etc.)
  • Strong reading comprehension skills with the ability to identify the root cause of a problem
  • Familiarity with the Squarespace platform
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Live chat experience is a huge plus
