Here Is a Glimpse Of What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all calls are answered promptly, emails are answered within 4 working hours
  • Manage any quotes relating to billable repairs as well as indicative quotes and ensure they are processed timely, efficiently and accurately
  • Manage any out of warranty part deliveries and liaise with the purchasing team and the warehouse to achieve TAT
  • Ensure all dialogue with customer is updated accurately on the in-house app
  • Ensure any requests from repair engineers are processed within 4 working hours on receipt of notification; Liaise with repair engineers to proactively communicate with customer e.g. delays in Turn Around Time (TAT), ensuring customers are updated regularly where possible
  • Ensure any requests from Call Centres are actioned timely and updated in Flex systems
  • Liaise as necessary with Flex couriers to achieve TAT, investigate missing/delayed deliveries, request proof of delivery
  • Maintain ownership of issues and manage to a timely resolution on customer’s behalf – ensure if “something is promised – it happens”
  • Support team leader and program management when requested

Here Is Some Of What You’ll Need (required)

  • Experience in working in a Customer Care role or similar fast paced environment using written and verbal communication methods is a great advantage
  • Intermediate Level Excel Skills
  • Ability to build relationships with team members, other departments and customers
  • Excellent organizational skills – ability to prioritise and remain calm is important
  • Excellent customer service skills and being able to handle difficult conversations
  • Passion for continuous improvements, thinking outside the box
  • Advanced English + Spanish (or native) language skills,
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
