Our Customer

A very well-established investment company which recently started in Italian market.

The candidate

– Support and assistance of Management abnd teams (in particular Sales team) in all administrative and organisational tasks

– Preparation and follow-up of client appointments as well as processing and responding to customer enquiries in writing and by telephone

– Updating presentation slides according to the corporate design

– Support with the planning and execution of events in coordination with Head Office in Cologne

– Independent maintenance of the CRM system

– Coordination of appointments and business trips

Skills

  • Previous work experience in a service-oriented area or in the back office of a capital management company, bank or asset manager
  • Fluent level of German and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Knowledge of the investment fund sector as well as an interest in the events of the financial markets
  • Strong communication skills and a keen sense of quality awareness as well as a service-oriented, structured way of working
  • Flexibility and organisational talent
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of CRM systems
