As a Customer Activation Consultant your primary tasks will be:

– Help new customers getting started with Planday
– Provide ongoing education and support to existing customers in the system via online customer meetings
– Establish and maintain a great relationship with the customers
– Maintain and update system data
– Answer telephone calls, e-mails and online chats regarding product support, product inquiries and the like
– Ongoing updates on customer data in Planday´s CRM-systems
– Have a close dialogue with the rest of the Planday team and express drive, flexibility and a good sense of humor

As Planday´s Customer Activation Consultant you:

– Speak French fluently, and you are able to communicate in English at a daily level
– Have IT-skills or flair for IT
– Are service minded and structured
– Have experience working in a high-paced environment
– Are able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
