Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, and you will liaise with other Swarovski internal departments to ensure the highest standards of service are met for all customers. You will respond to inquiries via telephone, website and/or email, ensuring clear, friendly, professional and timely replies to all questions.

Your main tasks will include:

• Orderflow process for external customers

• Check and process all incoming orders from sales agents & customers

• Monitor proactively all customers’ backorders and check for delivery problems


We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

•  Education on a middle level / higher level

•  At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

•  Understanding of advanced type of software

•  Fluency in Spanish and good level of English. Local language is required.

•  Planning & Organization skills

•  Result and customer focus attitude

•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•  Problem analysis and problem-solving attitude

•  Attention to details
