Service Desk Representative (Portuguese)

Responsibilities

  • Receiving end user calls
  • Provide level 1 and 1.5 IT support
  • Ticket creation/Categorization/Prioritization
  • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
  • Incident resolution and recovery
  • Ticket Closure

What we require:

 

  • Any graduate + English & Brazilian Portuguese language knowledge (Brazilian native Portuguese candidates are welcome, English fluent language knowledge is a MUST)
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Strong analytical skills, team-working & customer-focus attitude
  • Service Desk/experience in a technical environment is preferable
  • Accept to work in different shifts (supporting LATAM timezone which means the shifts are between 10am – 12pm CET Monday – Friday)
