Responsibilities:
  • Supporting EMEA clients during weekdays
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for problems of client’s technical issues
  • Analyzing requests and complex problems and developing solutions
  • Providing technical support on L1/L2 level, specialized in configuration and analytics, reporting
  • Making outbound calls to set up, customize or update client’s system
  • Categorize incoming issues based on severity and support level required
  • Modelling client environments in a test org for troubleshooting purposes
  • Provide creative businesses tailored solutions
  • Liaise with different stakeholders
 
We are looking for you if you:
  • have excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and German
  • have excellent Troubleshooting skills, search skills, ability to approach problems logically
  • have experience in working with customers or in an international environment in the field of IT
  • are advanced user of Excel
  • are reliable, open personality who works well within a team and has accurate work habits
  • are ready to learn new applications and solutions and has quick learning ability
  • have excellent time management skills
  • are able to work independently, with minimal supervision
