As the Customer Service Representative you will manage the order book for the division, responsible for monthly reports for the brands. You will ensure all orders are accurately entered onto the relevant ERP system in a timely manner and in keeping with critical paths and cut offs for each brand accordingly. You will support the Sales team with order follow up and communication with customers as required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Advise customers and agents of product status working closely with the Inventory team
  • Amending sales orders
  • Checking orders once received from customers (product codes, pricing agreed etc)
  • Checking websites to make sure everything is online
  • Communicating any changes to customer details to Credit Control and Ops
  • Customer Product data sheets
  • Ensuring dates, prices, account terms, address, and shipping points are all correct when    loading orders
  • Ensuring supplier information, ticketing, packaging, shipping and delivery information      is forwarded to Ops Team
  • Generating Best Sellers Sheets / weekly / monthly
  • Imagery – request to our photography team
  • Loading orders (separated by brand, phase and shipping point)
  • Marketing requests
  • New customer setup requests
  • Product sheets – providing all info about each product


Successful candidates:

  • Knowledge of appropriate ERP system, as relevant, is useful (ie Access Dimensions /Navision)
  • Experience in the wholesale fashion industry in particular accessories and footwear
  • Understanding of end to end supply chain
  • English compulsory
  • At least another of the following languages: Italian – German – Spanish – French – Polish Any other language will be considered as a plus
  • Professional work ethic

  • Positive and enthusiastic
  • Good attention to detail
  • Resourceful
  • Good Listener – will challenge constructively and respond well to feedback
