Your key job responsibilities as the Arabic speaking Customer Service Consultant in Cape Town, South Africa will include

Delivering highquality service via email, chat and phone support platforms to incoming contacts from
Europe, the Middle East and Africa
Building loyalty among new users and getting early adopters to fall in love with the service all over again
Issuing bills and processing payments
Keeping uptodate with related program content

Requirements for this Arabic speaking Customer Service Consultant job in Cape Town, South Africa

Matric certificate
Aboveaverage proficiency in written English Arabic Modern Standard, not Traditional
Have previous experience working with international customers
A minimum of 6 months relevant working experience in a similar role, within a highvolume, customer servicecontact centre environment is essential
A customercentric approach to resolving user queries
Excellent interpersonal skills
A cando attitude, high energy and drive
A high proficiency using computers typing, quickly navigating between various urls
Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Must be able to connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
A passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed users expectations
