Your new role
As Customer Service Representative you will be in contact with customers worldwide, other companies and/or sales representatives. Transactions are made via internet and telephone. Furthermore, you are responsible for the complete order process from order intake to delivery. You will communicate proactively with customers about delivery dates, discrepancies, logistics errors and complaints. The key focus is to develop a strong business relationship via the customer experienced strategy of the company. Besides, you need to communicate daily with customers concerning delivery plans, forecast and complaints about orders and maintaining back orders.
What you will need to succeed
To be successful as Customer Service Representative you have a bachelor’s degree and relevant working experience. Good knowledge of the English and Spanish language is necessary. Additionally, you have good knowledge of the French language, because you need to support also the French team. Experience with SAP and MS office is required. Furthermore, you are able to work under pressure and meet customers’ expectations.
What you will get in return
The salary range for this job is approximate €2700-€2900,- gross per month. Besides a good salary, the company offers excellent secondary benefits. This concerns a full time job. You will receive the contract by the company.
