The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, proactive sales support, solution-orientated services through timely and efficient order management. This position will be working closely with the inside as well outside Sales team & factories and acting as a point of contact for our customers.


·         Order Management from incoming orders to issuing order confirmations

·         Ownership of the orders on hold

·         Place order-related purchase orders to third party suppliers and follow up

·         Ensure that customer demand is balanced towards manufacturing and Supplier capabilities

·         Ensure all new or amended customers information is passed to master data or to the appropriate department

·         Manage customer enquiries and consult customers as needed

·         Support the Sales organization and liaise with factories and other internal departments

Ensure incoming telephone calls are answered with minimum delay and with the best possible service in the eyes of the customers



·         Min. 3-5 years’ experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably Customer Service or Inside Sales in an international work environment

·         Commercial apprenticeship or technical apprenticeship with strong commercial background / High school degree (or equivalent)

·         Experience working with ERP systems and good understanding of business processes

·         High level of customer orientation

·         Excellent written and spoken communication and influencing skills (phone, mail, email)

·         High level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·         Ability to build relationships and networks in a virtual team environment

·         Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and follow-through

·         Flexible individual with a high level of intercultural sensitivity, able to adapt to a quickly changing environment and drive continuous improvement

·         Native in English
