OB DUTIES:

  • The position plays an important role in interacting with the internal leadership team, supporting it with primary and secondary research initiatives with the goal of retaining and expanding existing business, and supporting the development of new business
  • Conduct primary and secondary global research and analysis of various industries
  • Use research data to carry out market, locations, client/prospect and vendor analysis
  • Write new or edit existing case studies (business cases) for existing clients
  • Respond to internal client inquiries and provide support to Sales, Marketing and Operations
  • Assistance with presales initiatives, proposals, and RFI’s
  • Operate in a global matrix organization across multiple geographies/regions
  • Create and maintain reports on the effectiveness and business impact of research activities, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Experience in business research / report writing / copywriting, and data analysis
  • Experience in research, preparation, and analysis of company and industry profiles, and financial reports
  • Candidate should be interested in, and passionate about business research
  • Attention to detail, a logical-minded and goal-driven approach, flexibility, determination, planning and control aptitude are essential to achieve effective results
  • Developed analytical skills, project ownership, and good understanding of interrelated business processes
  • Experience in virtual  teamwork, and a comfort level in communicating with senior executives
  • Strong MS Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and PowerPoint
  • Fluent level in English language both written and spoken is required (C2/C1)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Contact Center & Business Process Outsourcing experience would be considered an advantage
  • Interest in best practices, technology and digital trends, and affinity to work with visuals are a plus
  • B2B experience is preferred
  • Second European language will be considered an advantage (Spanish, German, French, Portuguese)
  • Availability for occasional duty travel
