WHAT you will do?

You will join our international team to take care about B2B and B2C clients of Musement . Coming from Spanish speaking countries, will report issues, updates and corrections to different areas in company. It means:

  • Direct support via email, phone, whatsapp and chat
  • Coordinate relationships between providers and customers during pre-sales and post-sales activities
  • Handling complains, refunds, schedule changes
  • Coordination of external offices and their tasks
  • Finding an alternative last minute solutions


  • You should be able to use different online platforms simultaneously
  • Speaking and writing Spanish, English & Italian
  • Knowledge of Italian language
  • Showing Passion for travel
  • Willing to work on scheduled shifts (weekend and bank holidays included

What you have already achieved

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Previous experience in tourism or similar role is a plus
