Order Management Specialist (English)

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Order Management Process
  • Create SAP orders and deliveries
  • Coordination of proper information flow between Clariant’s customers, transport team, warehouse and stakeholders
  • Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
  • Perform claim management through the internal Quality Notification System
  • Taking care of various Excel reports
  • Sustain good relations with Clariant’s customers

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Experience in customer service desk or logistic, export or supply chain area
  • Knowledge of SAP (SD module would be an advantage)
  • Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency, CRM tools would be an advantage
  • Strong motivation to work and multitasking mindset
  • Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Readiness for traveling (shorter time)
  • Creativity, open mind and a sense of humor would be an asset
