Responsibility

  • • Monitoring all contacts between agents and customers;
  • • Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities;
  • • Ensuring the success of preventive and corrective actions;
  • • Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
  • • Providing one-to-one coaching to Agents (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs with the Trainer.

Your Profile

  • • Native Arabic speakers;
  • • Fluency in English (ideally C1);
  • • Knowledge of other European languages is a plus;
  • • Experience in Quality Analyses/Audits (preferable);
  • • Experience in Contact Center environment;
  • • Understanding of contact center business and trends;
  • • Bachelor degree or Graduate (preferential);
  • • Achievement oriented;
  • • Great communication skills;
  • • Customer oriented;
  • • Diversity orientation;
  • • Interest and passion for Quality;
