About the role:
We are looking for a Regional Administrator to support the Head of Region and the Arab Regional Committee by ensuring administration, systems and processes are undertaken efficiently.
You will develop and maintain productive relationships and provide high quality support and coordination to the Head of Region, Membership Services Team and volunteer groups including responding to simple enquiries, processing expenses, providing letters and reports as required.
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background of working with NGOs or international membership organisations.
You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, be highly organised, team oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
You will have a great track record of building and maintaining effective relationships, developing cross functional working relationships with staff and Membership Organisations in cross cultural settings, UK and internationally.
* Written and spoken language skills in Arabic are essential. French is desirable.
