• Manage Order Receipt & Handling process for defined customer base,
• Contributing with process improvement suggestions to ease ways of doing business for our customers,
• Assess delivery programs and enter individual order in Oracle ERP, in line with lead times and internal procedures (Business Service Standards),
• Proactively monitor entire order fulfillment process for assigned business segments,
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly defined, coordinate execution with internal departments such as planning, production, logistics and finance,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer base,
• Coordinate logistics activities based on delivery terms of the customer, 
provide Export Documentation depending on country of destination & customer requirements,

• Transmit shipping details to carriers to ensure on time pick up and on time in full delivery at customer destination,
• Monitor deadlines until goods are received by the customer,
• Act as point of contact for our customers related to their inventory replenishment process,
• Manage sample & trial shipments


• Excellent languages and communication skills, ( Spanish, English, German),

• High attention to detail, ability to comfortably interact with customers from different cultures,
• Confident and competent in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office programs,
• Previous experience in an export environment with understanding and working knowledge of Incoterms .
