Our client is a leading multinational IT company that is looking for an Office Manager.

* Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;

* Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary;

* Organize office operations and procedures;

* Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time;

* Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers;

* Provide the administrative support to a new starter and foreign employees transferred from other affiliates;

* Provide general support to internal and external visitors;

* Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, fling systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored;

* Establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, retrieval and staff transfers;

* Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems;

* Support the taskforce team upon the occasions of offsite or events for internal and external attendees.

Perfil ideal

* Higher education in a relevant area;

* Experience with Global companies;

* Maximum 5 years as Executive Assistant or Office Manager;

* Perfect fluency in English;

* Excellent communication, both written and verbal, facilitation and presentation writing skills in English;

* Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects;

* Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and a problem-solving approach to work;

* Ability to handle a sophisticated line of questioning with a well-reasoned point of view;

* Diplomatically handles conflict and encourages constructive confrontation and feedback;

* Details oriented and fact-based communicator;

* Resilient and agile team member in an environment of rapid growth and execution, tight deadlines and highly

analytical and diverse management team;

* Exceptionally strong judgment, integrity and social awareness of different cultures and languages.
