As an assistant the primary job is to:

  • close duplicate and spam tickets that have been identified as such
  • populate the ticket reason code directly on the system based on the nature of the query to accelerate the allocation of the task to right person
  • request specific documentation for foreign rentals via email using a template provided by the BSC team
  • handle non customer service issues by dispatching the request to relevant teams
