We operate as a traditional creative agency providing the Fidor Group with consultation, conception, branding, design and content to help it achieve its goals and targets. As such, The FidorFactory GmbH has played an integral part of Fidor Bank’s growth, from its very beginning in Munich in 2009. Based in Berlin and Munich we operate across multiple continents and are a 100% subsidiary of the Fidor Bank AG.

As a Content Manager at Fidor, you need to be a marketing-savvy, self-starter who thrives on tackling new challenges. You are both creative and analytical, and you understand how to put yourself in the shoes of our target personas to deliver impactful content that drives business results.

YOUR TASKS:
  • Write and edit engaging, high-quality copy with the ability to adapt to varying buyer personas and content formats (e.g. blog content, white papers, landing pages, emails, e-books, webinars, podcasts, website, social media.)
  • Optimise the B2B website using compelling copywriting fit for business purposes
  • Own and manage the end-to-end content creation process for both thought leadership and demand generation content
  • Listen to industry trends, partner needs, content metrics and online conversation to map out, evolve and optimize content topics
  • Work with campaign managers, graphic designers, marketing automation and other internal teams to recommend, develop and optimize demand generation campaign content
  • Track content KPIS and analyze content performance against goals to help inform and optimize content strategy

YOUR QUALIFICATION:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a content marketing role with exposure to B2B
  • Native English skills
  • Being an ideas person brimming with creativity, actively participating in the entire editorial process from start to finish
  • Love for telling stories, nerd out about grammar and understand the importance of well-crafted content as part of a killer marketing strategy
  • Having your own social presence, and knowledge of how to rock 280 characters with the right hashtags and image size.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce and/or social media management tools is a plus
  • A great sense of humour is a must!
