Job duties

In this new role, you will be part of a team consisting of nine experts, and your main task is to do technical support. This product team works with intelligent instruments and control systems. Your role is to make sure the products are ready to use when they are launched to the market. You play an important role in collaborations with the product line, the business lines and the application engineers. Your role is to be the link in between the market area and the business line.

The job includes:

  • troubleshooting
  • creating relevant documentation
  • maintenance planning and checks
  • providing support in installation and taking part of operations ramp-ups.

In this expert role you will have the possibility to travel, as the team supports the business globally. You will travel around the world helping the clients solving their problems. You will be trained well so you have the skills to solve these technical issues. You are supported by a team of experts, which is why this opportunity is great for someone in the beginning of their career.
