• The first point of contact for the hiring manager, business partners and candidates via both phone and email.
• You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
• Work with various managers from different departments – ensuring an efficient and professional process for candidate selection.
• Ensure Background verification process is completed
• Communicate and negotiate contract offers with candidates as well with the smooth transitions of candidate onboarding.
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Previous experience in Recruitment(in-house and/or Agency)/ HR Degree
• Ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
• “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
• Good phone manner
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Strong organisation skills & attention to detail
• Flexible to take up business travel
• Team player
