Company developing educational interactive product in field of chemistry, physics and biology demonstrating real science is looking for a specialist to customer support service. Company sales their products through all over the World.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients on support questions through three ways: chat, email, phone consultations;
- Managing of customers tickets through internal database
- Problem solutions and assistance to clients;
Requirements:
- Native English Speaker (or person lived abroad for many years, preferably at school or University)
- Other languages (German, Spanish, French) will be an advantage (written skills to be able to solve problem with dictionary)
- Experience in customer service/human relations will be an advantage
- Ability to understand customer’s problems and offer a perfect solution for their needs
- Good communication skills
We are looking for a person who likes to work with people and interested in chemistry, biology, mathematics and IT.
