The Customer Support Agent will play a crucial role in the Customer support team and will be responsible for delivering technical & administrative support to the client’ customers mainly by phone, ticketing system and email. This is a shift based role and this person will be expected to work on a rota of 06:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week.
Our client is looking for someone who has strong communication skills and has experience working in a Customer Relationship/ Operations Analyst role.
Experience using Linux and SQL together with experience of working the payment industry are considered great assets. Fluency in a second language such as French, Swedish, Portuguese, Spanish or Italian is advantagous.
