The Role
The role of the Inbound Inside Sales Advisor is to attract potential customers by answering incoming
questions regarding our product and service portfolio. We expect members of this team to be experts in
our automotive products and services and identify and fulfill customer needs.
The ideal candidate will be motivated by exceeding excellent service standards and maintain high
customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
? Client Interaction: Engage with our current and prospective customers on the phone, email,
SMS and other communication channels to maintain our CRM database
? Manage flow of incoming calls and Emails
? Identify, qualify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and secure business
opportunities
? Work closely with the Outbound Team to develop new business
? Planning: Maximize and leverage phone time by being flexible towards your customer’s needs
? Provide feedback and recommendations on communication efforts based on direct experiences
with potential clients
? Master industry trends and best practices, including utilization of new technology and web
resources
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
? Strong relationship management skills and the ability to explain complex concepts and solutions
? Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
? Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, internet
navigation, CRM applications- preferably Salesforce.com)
? Requirement to follow Tesla Motor’s information security policy
