Requirements

We are looking for a positive and pro-active individual with strong communication skills who is capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced industry. You are a stable and committed team player and not afraid to share your ideas with the team.

 

What we need from you is:

  • Native German (written and spoken)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • MBO/associates degree as a minimum
  • 2 – 4 years of working experience within a customer service role, preferably in an international retail organisation
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in order management/logistics
  • Experience with Excel, including V-lookup and pivot tables (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM-tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills
