Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Researching and identifying possible sales opportunities within our existing customer base and following through on the sales.
  • Developing a pipeline of prospective opportunities via interaction with an existing customer base and a network of prospects
  • Making outbound lead follow-up calls to sell our products and services
  •  Providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to build relationships and close business over the telephone
  • Additional duties may be assigned
  • Sourcing new business leads
  • Processing of orders
  • Pre and post sales customer support

All product training will be provided but sales experience is required. Candidates MUST be native English speakers. The role is office-based.


  • Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, quota driven and be willing to work as part of a sales team
  •  1 to 2 years of outbound sales calls or telemarketing experience is strongly preferred
  • Requires professional and confident telephone skills
  • Proficient computer skills also required, including Word, Excel
  •  Native English speaker
  •  Motivated and well organized
  •  Excellent sales skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner
  •  Enthusiastic, hard-working with a can-do attitude
  • Used to working with CRMs
  • Team player
  • Working knowledge of Spanish and/or French a plus
