You would be part of the MarComs team, working closely with the marketing team to provide in-house design capabilities and with the IT team to project manage our emerging websites.
Who are you?
In 2019, we will be developing a number of new websites and expanding our existing one (iot.teliacompany.com). You should have good experience working with web projects and an understanding of how to structure a site as well as knowing your way around a CMS. But you won’t need to do any coding or have deep technical knowledge. It’s more about coordinating multiple stakeholders to make sure the projects keep moving and all of our stuff looks great.
With the graphic design, you will help to raise the standard of the communications we create in-house and also provide input for the agencies we work with. You should have several years experience with Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent) and be very familiar with PowerPoint. You will need an eye for aesthetics and the ability to adapt existing designs and the Telia Brand to new purposes. But you will also have plenty of scope to be creative and help shape the way Division X communicates. In fact, this role – and Division X itself – offer a lot of possibilities for someone who wants to take them.
Our starting point is English as we work across the Nordics and Baltics. So very good spoken and written English is a pre-requisite. Good people skills and the ability to work in a team are essential. Great organisational skills will be needed in order to keep longer-term projects moving while balancing the day-to-day tasks that will emerge.
And a sense of humour is a great bonus.
