Responsibilities
- Content moderation/review work
- Review content categorized as abuse (sensitive text and images) by users
- Review and take action on content that violates policies including copyright/pirated content
- Help users to reset their password or suspend/unsuspend their accounts
- Review user accounts to verify their identity and take action
- Judge/decide on content by referring to client policy/guidelines
- Respond back to users with necessary actions that must be taken to correct content
Required Skills
- Previous customer service experience (mainly in email support)
- Language expertise in English AND Portuguese (reading, writing and understanding)
- Be open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and adult explicit content on a daily basis
- Excellent written communication with ability to pass a written language assessment in Portuguese/English
- Ability to evaluate content by referring to a policy
- Active interest in Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram etc.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure
