As manager of his/her own team, the Team Lead is responsible for the qualitative (result of customer satisfaction) and quantitative (productivity, presence, turnover, SLA) performance of his/her team. The result has direct impact on the brand image, the Rituals customer’s experience as well as indirectly on the financial performance of the unit. The Consumer Sales & Service Team Lead interacts with stakeholders within and outside the company, and in addition to this, signals potential escalations, handles calls or call-backs when needed. You are capable of making appropriate decisions regarding operational targets in case of any unexpected activities, calamities or changes, if applicable in cooperation with involved internal departments and Consumer Care management. We are looking for someone who shows a flexible, strong character, who makes connections easy and is creative in finding solutions which are suitable for our customers. In addition to this, the Team Lead is capable of conducting interviews, in co-operation with HRM, with candidates for open positions.



  • Higher professional education (HBO) level of work and perception
  • Affinity and experience with social media, communication, marketing, sales and customer service
  • Fluent understanding and knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • When you are not fluent in Dutch: fluent understanding and knowledge of any other serviced European language (German, French, Swedish, Spanish and/or Portuguese – depending on team)
  • Experience in coaching and developing others
  • Result-driven
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, always with the consumer at heart
  • Ability to solve difficult challenges
