Responsibilities
• Maintain an end-to-end view of the business and cooperate with others to identify opportunities to improve across areas
• Identify and prioritize the operational improvement needs in own area of responsibility, together with line management
• Map the current state for operational improvement initiatives
• Support the line in defining the future-state and tactical implementation plans (including milestones, resources, stakeholders and risks) of operational improvement initiatives
• Support the line management to drive the implementation and sustainability of operational improvement initiatives
• Arrange needed trainings and share best practices
• Take an active role in transforming the way-of-working towards the Smart Technology Hub set-up
• Support the line management in performance management
• Role model and cultivate a continuous improvement culture in the organization
Requirements
• MSc or BSc in Engineering or Economics
• Very strong personal drive, good track record in taking own initiatives and being pro-active
• Excellent communication, team working and negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Change leadership and team building skills
• Good command of Polarion and MS Office tools
• Previous OE, Lean, TOC experience seen as beneficial
• Fluent in English. Finnish, Swedish, Italian and Spanish seen as beneficial.
