The Role:

We’re hiring bilingual Business Development Managers in our Central London office to focus on growing our client base, rather than developing business within well-established accounts. This position is critical in creating the relationship between European middle market client accounts. You will target top executives of potential client companies, and drive the pivotal moment where leads become sales, reaping the rewards of negotiating contracts to a successful close. You’ll receive excellent training with a defined progression path that can lead to promotion to a Commercial Manager after year 1, many of which are hitting the 80k mark as standard.

Key Skills Required:

-One year’s sales experience

-A working proficiency in Finnish

-Enjoys working in a structured, targeted environment

-Strong oral and written skills

-Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a changing market, our customers and the business

-Enjoys and works well in a team environment

-Openness and willingness to learn

-Good levels of IT literacy are expected
