  • We must be experts:
    • Identify, negotiate and close revenue generating agreements with the leading companies in Strategic Consulting and Digital Transformation (i. e. IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, PwC) as well as in in System-Integration
    • Devise and execute strategies to grow direct and indirect partner revenues with these strategic alliances in Southern Europe (esp. Spain)
  • We start from the intent
    • Strategic Partner Account Planning (organizational structures, key stakeholders, entry points, how to grow business, account mappings, joint value proposition etc.)
    • Deployment Process with partners (value chain/proposition, KPIs, deliverables, scope)
  • We obsess over the customer
    • Customer Success Management through/with Strategic Alliances (i. e. Maturity Model scoping and adaption, scalibility, joint propositions)
  • We are system thinker
    • Transformation Roadmaps (understanding, defining and building)
    • Project/Opportunity Management (i.e. liaison with ENT Sales, Salesforce management, handover process)
  • We are strong team players
    • Stakeholder Management/Governance (trusted partner advisor & influencer)
    • Provide partners with the necessary training and tools for them to sell LivePerson’s suite of products and services
    • Work cross-functionally with business, support and product teams
    • Implement and share best practices with peers
  • We are data-driven
    • Operational Performance Management (i.e. Partner Success offerings, KPIs, measures)
    • LiveEngage Platform Performance (driving customer success outcomes with partners)
    • LiveEngage integration with customer operations (shaping the role of messaging alongside voice & chat with partners)
  • We maintain high standards:
    • Commercial Management/Contracting (MPA or other Partner Agreements with addendums, Order Forms and Ordering/Procurement processes)
    • Create and present messaging platform best practices


What you will need for success:

Your LivePerson team will help you, and We learn from mistakes, but you do need a few bits of experience just to help you along the way:

  • 5+ years of proven sales success in the software / SaaS industry
  • Proven track record in solution selling of large scale multi-million dollar deals to senior stakeholders of the above partner landscape (sell with, sell through or sell to) is a must have requisite
  • Partner Management experience with strong relationships in above target segments across levels and units
  • Be able to sell a suite of products and services as a platform in digital transformation
  • Be a self-starter and natural leader with a strong desire to win and grow personally and professionally
  • Think creatively and communicate complex solutions efficiently both internally and externally
  • Strong time management and quantitative/analytical skills required
  • Experienced user skills in business systems, tools and applications
  • Willingness to travel 50% of your time within the region
  • BA/MA/BS
  • Native Spanish skills preferred
