Responsibilities:

  • Effectively respond to customer requests by phone, email and/or chat
  • Operations activities for ensuring company services such as online support and jobs processing
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve the issues effectively
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work in shifts, including afternoon, night shifts and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken) at a native speaker level
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish language (written and spoken) – Upper Intermediate level or close to native speaker level.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers
  • Advanced PC literacy
  • Ready to work in a hectic environment
  • Customer service orientation
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Minimum high school diploma
