Customer Service Coordinator in Karlsruhe (Germany)

Where: Maxau, Karlsruhe (Germany)

You will be responsible for your own set of customers and you will report to the responsible CSC Team leader.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Daily customer contact; commercial approach to maximize sales in close

contact with Field Sales

  • Receive, process and confirm orders and delivery planning
  • Delivery and stock follow-up
  • Advise on paper choice and take care of sample requests
  • Invoicing and crediting
  • Monitor customer sales plan, sub-quota, credit limits and overdue payments
  • Maintain customer master data and price agreements
  • Communicate daily with different stakeholders (Field Sales, Mill Order
    Planning, Logistics, etc.)

Qualifications and skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in German, English, other languages (Polish, Hungarian, Czech or Slovakian) are an advantage
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of paper business and sales processes is an advantage
  • Pro-active and commercial attitude, ability to solve problems and propose alternative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks under time pressure
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Interest and capability to work with different ERP-systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
