Responsibilities:

  • Successfully review job descriptions in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that’ll help identify the right candidate(s).
  • Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  • Identify, source and headhunt potential tech candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and marketplace knowledge
  • Ascertain the competence of candidates against a technical job description
  • Meet candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications
  • Keep abreast of technology trends and tech forums, and make recommendations on recruitment sourcing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for participation in career fairs, tech networking events, etc.
  • Own and optimize our process for recruiting all Engineering/technical positions
  • Understand requirements and recruitment for all Engineering/technical positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create a recruitment and interview plan
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, universities, employees and social media
  • Plan and implement recruiting initiatives
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Research new sources for recruiting active and passive candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment and interview process

Requirements:

  • 1- 3 years of experience as a recruiter
  • Experience or interest in technology recruitment (Web technologies such PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Fluent in English
