Job description

As a Customer Service Representative you will:
• continually manage customer expectations through written
and verbal communication
• facilitate customer satisfaction and maintain a good
working relationship with them according to our business
standards
• manage orders in SAP system and create all necessary
documents for shipping
• also manage day-to-day operations and process
improvements with the logistical partners
• create and send invoices to customers and carrier
companies, also follow up and collect the expired ones

Requirements

We are looking for you if:
• you are customer oriented, trustworthy and motivated
• challenges and complex daily tasks inspire you
• your English and French skills are well-advanced
• you have at least 2 years of experience in a customer care
role
