Join us as a Client Service Representative  

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Client Service Representative to join our Custody team. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring client custody operations and service levels. The Client Service Representative also assists more senior team members with client conversation, reporting and analyses.

Some of your key responsibilities include:  

1. Client Service and Inquiry Response

  • Proactively respond to custody related client inquiries on a daily basis
  • Work with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client request and deliverables

2. Technology and Innovation

  • Utilize relevant internal technology solution to effectively manage client inquires
  • Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and products.

3. Risk Management and Control

  • Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service related metrics
  • Participate in team-based project work and audits
  • Complete monthly reporting requirements


  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships
  • Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs
  • Experience in reporting and managing multiple data sources
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel
  • Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking
