Responsibility

  • • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies;
  • • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts;
  • • Guarantee the response to comments and customer queries in a timely manner;
  • • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends;
  • • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

Your Profile

  • • German native speaker with fluency in English;
  • • Fluency in French is a plus;
  • • Proven work experience as a Community Manager/Social Media Manager:
  • • On e.g. FB, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Forums, WhatsApp;
  • • Content creation for brands on social platforms (no design-skills necessary, but especially text and storytelling);
  • • Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. planning & creating engaging content, specials, events or other activities on platforms);
  • • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels;
  • • University degree (preferred);
  • • Excellent communication skills;
  • • Attention to detail;
  • • Team work;
  • • Management skills;
  • • Analytical skills.
