What you’ll be doing:

As 1st Line Customer Support Technician, you will be in charge of:
  • Handling queries from internal and external customers
  • Owning, driving, communicating, updating and proactively representing BT in all domains of activities
  • Manage supplier activities (e.g. really driving/escalating 3rd party agents to dispatch and repair faults to meet our service level agreements)
  • Provide process improvement input and colloborate to the continuous improvement journey
  • Conduct 1st Line troubleshooting across network technologies(Cisco and Juniper platforms)

Soft skills:
  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must

Professional skills:
  • 1-2 years experience working directly with customer service in a global environment is a must
  • previous experience working with CISCO routers is an advantage

Language skills:
  • English on a fluent level is a must
