CS Specialist has the mission to support and satisfy clients’ needs, replying with efficiency and efficacy about sales requests with the aim to optmize sales communications and oversee all the processes from first contact to after sales.

CS Specialist’s responsibilities include:

– B2B Customer Relationship, handling customers inquires, inform customers of available products or promotions

– Order management in the company ERP system

– After Sales activities

– Brand Website customer service trough a dedicated platform

Requirements:

– High school or Bachelor Degree in Economics/Business Management/ Administration/ Languages

-Max 1 year experience

– Fluent English

– Fluent German

– Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, ..)

– Customer orientation attitude

– Organization skills

– Negotiation skills
