Responsibility

  • • Process sales executive’s requests and resolve customer issues;
  • • Follow all regulations according to pricing guidelines;
  • • Follow up with the sales executive daily until the issue is resolved;
  • • Finding business solutions that balance the needs of the customer;
  • • Create a win-win situation for the customer in each interaction.

Your Profile

  • • Native or near native French language;
  • • Proficient oral and written communication in English (minimum B2 level);
  • • Customer care or Sales experience (preferred);
  • • Analytical thinking: ready to detect current problems;
  • • Customer oriented;
  • • Pro-active in promoting e?ective problem solving.
