- • Process sales executive’s requests and resolve customer issues;
- • Follow all regulations according to pricing guidelines;
- • Follow up with the sales executive daily until the issue is resolved;
- • Finding business solutions that balance the needs of the customer;
- • Create a win-win situation for the customer in each interaction.
- • Native or near native French language;
- • Proficient oral and written communication in English (minimum B2 level);
- • Customer care or Sales experience (preferred);
- • Analytical thinking: ready to detect current problems;
- • Customer oriented;
- • Pro-active in promoting e?ective problem solving.
