You’re going to support all customer service functions and communications as part of a fast-growing talented team.

. Availability to work 8 hours/ day, 40 hours/ week, rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)
. Interest in wine & the wine industry – a huge plus of course!
Experience in, (preferential)
. Performing follow-up actions to assist customers requirements
. CRM and ticketing platforms (i.e. Zendesk, Helpshift, Salesforce or other similar)
. B2C & B2B customer service knowledge
