As Billing Manager, you:
  • keep contact with other Telco operators from all over the world
  • have full ownership on end to end billing of your own customer portfolio
  • receive invoices from our customers that you need to validate in order to ensure that the costs occured are valid
  • ensure that customer and supplier disputes are investigated, discrepancies are picked up and resolved in a timely manner
  • arrange settlements: initiate payments or collect outstanding amounts to and from carriers within the given timeframes
  • build and maintain outstanding relationship with both internal and external customers and provide excellent customer experience

  • Bachelor degree (preferably finance, accounting or business management area)
