Responsibilities:

– Help clients regarding every service provided by the bank, ensuring client satisfaction while guaranteeing bank policies and regulation;

– Digital Mindset and interest in e-banking platforms;

– Manage client queries related to Financial Markets, answering on a timely effective way;

– Produce reports, regarding multi asset classes and ensure its delivery according the established parameters;

– Enhance operational policies – payments and transactions analysis;

– Identify and report potential operational risks;

Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Business Administration (Preferential);

– Fluency in English and German is mandatory;

– Analytical and problem solving skills;

– Willingness to work as a team and good comunication skills;

– Strong MsOffice skills .
