You become a part of JACK & JONES’ Sales Support department, where you get more than 20 dedicated and energetic colleagues. You will play a significant role in a dynamic team where you in close collaboration with our sales representatives contribute to developing JACK & JONES’ position in the German and Swiss markets.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our sales responsibles, our sales representatives and our customers in the German and Swiss markets. In addition, you will be the link between the customers, the sales team and JACK & JONES’ buying department, so you will have a broad network, internally as well as externally. More specifically, your tasks include:
- Administrative support for the sales team in the German and Swiss markets
- Ensuring correct sales flow in collaboration with Buying and Sales
- Order processing and following up on order and stock situation
- Distribution of products to our customers
- Developing sales brochures for the fashion collections
- Assisting at sales events/fairs
- Optimising sales to our customers/partners.
- Experience from an administrative sales position is an advantage
- Knowledge of the fashion and/or retail experience is considered a plus
- Administratively strong
- Solid understanding of numbers and business
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
